Approved services
What CrewPathway can provide.
These are the services on the APD iBudget approval. Families and support coordinators can call to match a service to an authorization.
Life skills, companion
Life Skills Development Level 1. Companionship and socialization, one-to-one or in a small group, so the day has company and activity in it.
Supported living coaching
Training for people who live in their own home or apartment: budgeting, household skills, community access, and staying safely independent.
Respite, under 21
Supportive care and supervision for a person under 21 living in the family home, when the usual caregiver needs a break.
Skilled respite
Respite for a person whose care needs a nurse’s skill, so the family can step away without dropping the medical routine.
Respiratory therapy
Waiver respiratory therapy for individuals whose support plan calls for it, from a provider who has practiced respiratory care for more than 20 years.
About
Cynthia Laessig, owner.
Cynthia is an APD-approved and Medicaid-approved iBudget provider in Florida’s Suncoast region, and a respiratory therapist with more than 20 years in practice. She is also a U.S. Army veteran, with a degree in respiratory therapy and healthcare management from Concordia University.
Her work with group homes started in 1994 at Bethesda Lutheran Homes in Watertown, Wisconsin. She has since managed and trained staff in assisted living and hospital settings. At CrewPathway, that experience shows up as direct waiver support: personal supports, companion services, supported living coaching, respite, and respiratory therapy.
